Prof. Dr. Rosemarie Tüpker studied piano, percussion, composition and music education at the Cologne University of Music, as well as music therapy in Herdecke. She earned her doctorate in musicology from the University of Cologne and her habilitation from the University of Dortmund with the venia legendi ‘Music in Rehabilitation and Therapy’. Her research focuses on music in fairy tales, qualitative research methods in artistic therapies, and topics in music therapy and music psychology from a morphological and psychoanalytical perspective.
